Welcome to the Mortgage Industry Advisory Corporation or MIAC as most people in the industry refer to us. MIAC has reached an agreement with FiServ to assume full responsibility for converting the client data and supporting all current IPS-Sendero: DecisionServ software clients.
We are fully prepared to assume the current contractual obligations and responsibilities to support you and the DecisionServ model. MIAC recognizes the responsibilities to protect the confidentiality of your data and has successfully implemented secure data transmission protocols to insure the confidentiality of your data. MIAC has successfully completed annual IT audits and SAS 70 – Type II audits from Grant Thornton, LLP.
Founded in 1989, MIAC is the mortgage industry leading MSR valuation software vendor and we’re very excited to welcome you to MIAC as a new client. MIAC is headquartered in lower Manhattan and has nearly 60 professionals including a team of 15 software developers.
